Rationally government especially Ministry of Education Malaysia act realizes this objective in education starting from primary school level to higher education level. Student denizen should are prepared for control and explore medium knowledge information technology and knowledge development to them can compete in globalised world.

Government concern in this issue among young generation should answer by all party to ensure our capabilities compete and control in every information sophisticated.
